A New Chapter

I have been very quiet on the Blog front for a very long time, as I have been so amazingly busy with my homelife and work.
Sadly, my marriage broke down at the end of 2015 and I had to work through enormous changes in my life, but I am finally at a point where I feel
more Whole and Alive and at my best Emotionally and Physically, than I have been for more years than I can remember.
I really believe Spirit guide us towards, and then through,such changes, as part of lessons we may have asked to learn (before we came into this
Incarnation). How well we listen or follow guidance may be due to many factors: such as how well we are emotionally and physically, but also how
far we feel able to let go of fear, Ego, control and pain.
We often grow so much at times of intense challenge or change, that often, after we begin to feel a little more comfortable with our new lives, we
can see how far we have come: we often feel grateful for the difficult lessons, for the wisdom, strength and Spiritual growth we have gained from
them.
This is how I feel right now. I feel so very blessed to have such wonderful support and Guidance from my Spirit friends and family and I want to
reassure all of you, that you too, all have your own team guiding you from the Spirit Realms. If you take time to stop and Be, or to Ask and Listen,
you will be guided...you just need to Trust and give over your worries and fears to the Universe, or your Spirit Team, to allow them to come closer,
so you can sense their loving presence and support and be guided by their knowledge of you and your path. They want to help you learn and grow
and to enable you to live a life more full of Love and to be Living More fully in the Flow, instead of struggle, pain or grief.
